In this video, Axel discusses Metabolism, Detoxification (the elimination of waste). He explains how Fasting is the most effective technique to detoxify and cleanse the body. During fasting, you are practising dietary self-control and discipline. Fasting extends your life span. For every pound you are over-weight , you heart pumps one mile a day more.

In this video, Axel will show you how to do Breathing Exercise. There are three components to Breathing Exercise : intake of air, holding of breath, exhalation. There are numerous benefits to Breathing Exercise including, but not limited to: energizing all the cells in your body; calming the brain, heart, and the lungs; reduces blood pressure and heart rate; strengthens the immune system.

During an eating disorder, a child is not receiving the nutrients it needs to grow and develop. This has damaging effects to the body, and the damage can be permanent.

Vegetarian diet is encouraged in this 7,000 year science called Yoga. Axel has been a strict vegetarian for 50 years. Generally, yoga recommends the reduction in the intake of meats. There are both physical and spiritual reasons why a vegetarian diet would optimize your health and overall well-being.

Over time, everyone can develop some capacity to forgive. Those who can forgive anything and everything are called Saints. You don't forgive the other person because they deserve to be forgiven. You forgive to heal yourself AND to release your anger, bitterness, resentment and your desire for retaliation.

Anger is a common response when we don't get what we want. It is a non-beneficial, harmful approach to something. Anger is modified hatred. Anger will not improve or help the situation. It is part of our lower nature. When we project harmful emotions, we hurt others and ourselves.
